This project involved the construction of a private villa in Abu Fatera, focusing on structural works . The villa was designed with a high-clearance basement and ground floor, requiring specialized construction methods and careful execution. A basement floor with a height of 6.0 meters and a ground floor with a height of 5.7 meters . Steel shutters were used for forming the basement walls to ensure high precision, structural strength, and superior concrete quality.
